Tips to do things you don’t want to do
1. Remember your ‘why’ - why are you doing this in the first place?
If you don't have a strong why, forget about it.
2. Set a timer.
Don't like cleaning. Set a 10 min timer and try to do as much as possible.
3. Pair it with something you do like
Do the dishes while listening to podcasts you like
4. Find someone else to slap you around if you don’t do what you say you will
5. Get on a streak
