Today's 10 Minute Workout
Today was an off day, I did a full weightlifting workout on Thursday, a long jump rope workout yesterday and will be hiking tomorrow morning. 10 minutes workouts (not precise about the time) is more about getting just a few minutes of high intensity.
1. Jump rope
400 turns. It is easier for me to go for turns of the rope instead of time, 400 turns might be something like 3 minutes but not sure.
2. Deadlift
Just one set, using my normal weight.
3. Farmers Carry
Again, just one set with normal weight carried (dumbbells) but went a little further than I normally do.
4. Pushups
I tried to do a few as I could going as slow as I could. If you've never done this before try going for 60 seconds again, as slow as possible. I did 12 pushups in a minute 41.
5. You have time
If you're not getting any exercise, a short routine like this will lead to improvements. More would be much better but this would be much better than nothing.
