Too Many Supplements?

This is what I'm doing these days in terms of supplements.

Ran them through ChatGPT to reduce what I was taking to cut costs, reduce pills, and not duplicate or get excess of something.

Gotta get to the doctor to get bloodwork done to see how much its helping...
