What are some healthy dinners that can be prepared in under 10 minutes?
These are entrees for one.

1. Tikka Masala simmer sauce over chicken
Pan cook chicken and onions (or not) in olive oil with salt and pepper. Pour a jar of store-bought Tikka Masala sauce over it.
2. Tikka Massala and Chick Peas (Garbanzo Beans)
Pour a can of chick peas into a bowl. Add 3/4 cup Store-bought tikka masala sauce. Microwave for 90 seconds.
3. Seasoned Chicken Breast
Cover chicken breast with plastic wrap or something. pound with meat hammer or something suitable until breast is 1/2 inch think. This significantly reduces the cooking time and helps it cook evenly while tenderizing (or slice into 1/2 inch thick pieces). Season with favorite seasoning (I like the grinders that have a few things in it - mediterranean is my current fave) or just salt and pepper.
4. Bonus Hack - Make something ahead of time to have a few times over the week
This might take up to an hour, but will last for several meals. This is challenge worthy. Keep an eye out.
