What are some healthy dinners that can be prepared in under 10 minutes?
1. Scrambled eggs with sliced tomatoes
I eat this a lot: a can of prepared soup combined with a block of frozen squash, dried mushrooms, and some sort of fresh green vegetable either broccoli or green beans, or asparagus and carrots. Boil everything up, seasoning, and dump in your soup as a base.
2. Soup with extra vegetables
Get the pan nice and hot with some oil and salt and pepper. Sear the tuna, so that it is raw on the inside like sushi and crisp/browned on the outside. I usually sauté this with a bag of vegetables in the same pan.
