1. Put all your friends/family birthdays in your phone calendar with yearly reminders.
2. Floss your teeth each day.
3. Be the friend/family member who reaches out and organizes things.
4. Tell your loved ones you love them every time you leave the house or hang up the phone.
5. Keep Goals and To-do lists under 5 items. Ideally 3.
6. Take 3 deep breaths when you are stressed/angry.
7. Clean up your room/desk for one minute.
8. Create an email for your children and write them an email now and then. Give to them when they turn 18.
9. Put daily reminders in your phone. With alerts. NOT TOO MANY. (3-5?)
10. Unsubscribe from emails you don't want.
