What are some tactics you've learned to deal with the "Winter Blues"/Seasonal Depression
1. Buy and use a sunlamp / full spectrum lamp, especially on those gray cold mornings
2. Schedule time to get outside, especially morning and mid-day. A few minutes of even hazy / cloud sunshine is powerful. I try to grab 5-10 minutes with my coffee first thing in the morning, then a longer stretch at lunch (take a walk?)
3. All the other usual advice goes here, I guess. Get away from screens after 7pm. Get quality sleep; if you don't, then get it sorted.
