What are some tactics you've learned to deal with the "Winter Blues"/Seasonal Depression
For me, these three seem to help.
1. Walk every day
I walk at least 20 minutes outside daily, every day as long as the weather permits, and it usually does. Even on cloudy days the UV light still gets through enough.
2. Happy Light
I keep a "Happy Light" at my desk and I flip it on in the morning and afternoon. It seems to help.
3. Get out with people
As busy as I am, I still make time for family and friends. Even if I no one's around I'll go to a place where I can be social.
