1. Understanding People

This is and will always be a great skill to have. Understand what makes people tick and why.

The ability to focus will be gold

Everyone seems to have an opinion. I think keeping silent and listening will be critical skill. Even one will be as confident as ChatGPT, even when they are wrong :)

4. Ability to hold contradictory and paradoxical views

We should be sophisticated enough to juggle contradictory thoughts or move back and forth between them without getting insane. Life is complex. It is a spectrum, not binary choices.
