What can I do today that will immediately improve my life?

In no particular order

    1. Quit Complaining

    Absolutely no good comes of it. No one cares about your problems, and it makes you look pathetic. Period.

    2. Quit watching the news

    Its all BS anyway, and steals time that could be better spent elsewhere.

    3. Write 10 ideas

    No explanation needed.

    4. Learn something new

    Read a book, practice an instrument, learn a language, take a class. Use the time you used to spend watching the News.

    5. Sleep more

    Better sleep will improve every other aspect of your life.

    6. Quit drinking alcohol

    Like it or not, its true.

    7. Exercise

    Walk, run, bike, swim, yoga, whatever. Just something to get the heart rate up and give your mind a rest.

    8. Breath

    Not the typical shallow excuse we call breathing, but real focused breaths. 4 seconds in through the nose, hold four seconds, exhale four second, hold 4 seconds, repeat. Try it for 10 breaths.

    9. Eat better

    Its easier that you think. Limit refined sugar, and processed foods. If it comes pre-made or in a wrapper,

    Don't Eat IT.

    10. Be Grateful

    Make a list, meditate, or just take a few minutes to count your blessings. The Buddha said "we are our thoughts"

    11. Grind you own coffee beans
