What do you want to achieve in 2023?

1. working out
I workout for a few months then do not work out at all for a few months I'd like to steadily do 3 days a week 30 min at least for a year
2. doing daddy reactions weeks ahead for my podcast
Even though I'm consistent at releasing podcast episodes I'm very last minute in getting all the pieces together which is stressful for me, my dad, and my editor
3. making my bed
I never did this growing up now none of my kids do it, little things add up
4. sending all podcast guests all promo materials
it's such an easy way to increase reach sometimes I promote them and don't even always send them to the guest eek
5. meditate 15 min a day
I do it most nights I think I need it every night
6. comedy
I really want to do at least once a month it feeds my soul
