Eating healthy food in my eating window of 11 AM - 7 PM. I fast between 7 PM and 11 AM.4. Spend time playing hockey with my son.5. Spend time with my daughter reading her favourite book.6. Spend time with my wife watching our current television show.7. Have 2-3 coaching calls with my clients on how to run an efficient business using software.8. Enjoy a delicious meal with my family.9. Take our Golden Retriever for a hike.10. Cook while listening to my favourite Podcasts.
