Why don't I get up when the alarm sounds.
What are the reasons/excuses that I mentally use to not get up when the alarm rings.
1. My first meeting in not until later
2. I don't have anything I need to do right away.
3. It is still dark out
4. I didn't sleep well, I need more sleep
5. I woke up too early
Sometimes I wake at 4:30 and don't go back to sleep for two hours, so I feel like I didn't get enough sleep.
6. I will meditate before I get up
7. I don't have to go to the office today
Remote work, I can stay in bed instead of commuting.
