1. There wasn't anything round in the world / universe?

How would planets, galaxies look? No wheels, gears? What about sports using round balls?

2. Roads were made of rubber and vehicle tires were made of concrete / asphalt

3. Columbus's ships sunk on the way to the New World

4. Gravity could be used like magnets

5. Paper wasn't invented

6. Living things are all interconnected, we just don't know how to read the signals yet

7. Earth didn't rotate around its axis

8. Satellites couldn't stay in a regular orbit

They'd not escape gravity or fly away into space

9. The first humans who dared... didn't.

10. All TV programming had to be original - no remakes or reruns

11. The Jets win the Super Bowl again

The universe would probably sink into a giant black hole and go away. (J/K - been a Jets fan since about '67)
