What is the best city to live in?

1. New York

2. San Francisco

3. Los Angeles

4. Washington DC

5. London (UK) or NYC (USA) for someone who wants to be an entrepreneur

6. Berlin (Germany) or Vancouver (Canada) if you want to learn a new skill.

Note from James: I lived in both of these cities and they are both great for this.

Vancouver has tons of classes on anything you can imagine, such as how to play the piano, how to do standup comedy, etc.

And I took German lessons in Berlin. So I know first hand that both are good cities for this.
