What kind of confidence do you nurture?
Do you ever equate confidence with being certain that you have the right answer?
If that's the case, it might cause others to perceive you as a know-it-all. Consider how such an impression might influence their behavior.
The truth is, we can all continue to expand our understanding and skills, so we can never be completely certain that we know.
This doesn't mean we can't be confident.
When it comes to confidence, our goal should be to match it with our competence—not only in what we know, but also in our ability to learn. The world will change, challenges will arise, and complexities will emerge. But if we're proficient in adapting and driving change, we can confidently navigate towards success.
