What Meals/Entrees Do You Prepare In Bulk To Enjoy Throughout the week?
It's all about the pasta and/or stew.
Let me start by saying that I am not a good cook. My skills are mediocre, and my repertoire is not broad. I can follow a recipe but will often stick to what I know.

1. Spaghetti
When left to my own devices it is not uncommon for me to make a full pound of spaghetti or more at one go. Add protein of your choice. I prefer a good sweet sausage but usually use ground chuck instead. Sometimes I make meatballs and sometimes I'll just add the ground beef and some peppers to a pre-made sauce.
2. Mac & Cheese
Again, make a large batch and then put it in the frig. I'll usually add ham or broccoli to it. And bacon bits with each helping.
3. Hobo stew
Beef stock, potatoes, cube meat, etc. Throw it in the slow cooker and let it go. Sometimes I'll add more stuff as it cooks and just let it warm for days at a time during the winter. Ladle out what you want and let the rest simmer. It just keeps getting better. The exception is adding noodles. If you do that, you can't just let it sit. When I have a pot of stew going, I will usually boil noodles separately and then put some stew on top.
4. Lasagna
This is only when I'm feeling REALLY ambitious. Make a full pan of lasagna and it will last several meals.
