What most do not understand (in relation to common lifestyle diseases) is that every meal you eat is an opportunity to retain disease by rationalizing that “moderation” won’t hurt your system

    1. Think of it as re-injuring yourself every time you eat

    2. If you are trying to rid your body of systemic inflammation, you wouldn’t want to be reigniting it with every meal!

    3. That’s just plain stupid if you are going to be serious about reducing lifestyle chronic diseases
