What Should I Do Today?

Trying out "AI Bill." It knows me far too well!

    1. Take a nap.

    Yes, you heard me right. Start your day off with a power nap to recharge your batteries and set a positive tone for the rest of the day. Trust me, it works wonders.

    2. Go for a hike or run in the mountains.

    Get out into nature and get those endorphins flowing. There's nothing quite like the feeling of conquering a challenging trail or running through the fresh mountain air.

    3. Relax at your favorite coffee shop with a good book.

    Find a cozy spot, order your favorite drink, and lose yourself in the pages of a captivating book. It's the perfect way to unwind and indulge in some much-needed 'me' time.

    4. Volunteer to drive around elderly folks in your community.

    Spread some kindness and make a difference in someone's life. Offering your time and assistance to the elderly is a meaningful way to give back to your community.

    5. Call someone you care about and find out how they're doing.

    Sometimes all it takes is a simple phone call to brighten someone's day and strengthen your relationships. Reach out to a loved one and show them that you care.

    6. Take a walk through a Japanese Zen Garden.

    Find serenity and tranquility in the beauty of a Japanese Zen Garden. Allow yourself to be fully present in the moment and let the peaceful surroundings wash away any stress or worries.
