What to eat as a quasi-vegetarian
I've been without meat for a week. I plan to do this for a few months. I eat eggs, dairy and fish so there is no risk of deficiencies. Nevertheless, it could be challenging in the long run.

Preview
1. Breakfasts: Yoghurt with oatmeal, honey and berries.
2. Lunch: Especially pasta dishes and potato dishes.
Also once a week fish, especially sardines.
3. In the afternoon: cake and strudel.
4. In the evening: bread, cheese, pickled vegetables, nuts.
And lots of different vegetable soups.
