What were your worst experiences at jobs you worked at?
1. Generating $2.6B in free cash flow for a company then being fired.
Incompetent managers do not like people who are smarter then themselves and if your aircover retires you will be "retired" as well.
2. Using ERP data to identify that 50% of our products were below margin and then being fired.
Management did not want to hear that they had been doing a very poor job.
