Houses are build around a central square.Whoever needs community need to just step out in front of the house. Central Square has a lot of benches. Groceries can be bought at the Central Square.

Doctors make their rounds and are present at the CS.

Courses are offered by seniors. Space is provided for courses and other entertainment.

Land for gardening is provided. Vegetables and fruits can be sold to community.
