Actions match the leader's words
2. Are bold
Good leaders have to do things that may be unpopular.
3. Put others first
Leaders might need to forego their own needs for the greater good.
4. Guide people without coercion
The best leaders draw out the answer. They don't give it.
5. Let the team have autonomy to a degree
Leaders set the boundaries for the outcome. They don't micromanage the pathway there.
