Took his fortune and is building new brands

2. Moved to my area

Already I like this kid (I’m old enough to be his mother) - smart move

3. Bought a 900 acre ranch

Glad to see it continue to be a farm/ranch - we have over 100,000 conservation acres in my county - I was hoping we wouldn’t see urban sprawl

4. He’s opening a boutique rum distillery and tasting room

This will be fun for those lucky liquor buyers who come to taste

5. Planning the first farm to bottle distilling operation in the country

6. Will grow his own sugarcane on site

7. Keeps the agricultural heritage of our county

8. A tasting room and limited tours are planned for locals

Can’t wait to see what he’s got planned

9. There will be cottages and activities for liquor buyers on site

10. He says he will produce the finest “ultra-premium” rum starting with hundreds of barrels of white rum in 2024
