Why I like to bake

1. It is a great excuse to make a mess in the kitchen

2. It makes the house smell good

3. I like to see the baked good rise or brown

4. I like to fudge or change the recipe and see what happens

5. I like to eat the sweets when they are done

6. When I eat the baked goods, I am reminded of the good smells, the feeling of accomplishment and the feeling of warmth.
