Write 10 things that your future self would tell your present self: mental time travel.

Great challenge topic.

    1. Stop worrying so much.

Quite literally everything you will worry about either won't come to fruition or won't be remotely as bad as you think it will be.

    2. Never stop saving for retirement.

You're going to need more than you think.

    3. Spend more time following your curiosity.

This is the best way to live life.

    4. Always have a project.

It will keep your mind focused and engaged. Preferably pick a project about which you are curious.

    5. Please don't date that one girl.

You know who I'm talking about. Just stay away.

    6. Money is not evil.

Make as much as you can without destroying your health or personal interests. If you don't believe money makes you happy, then try not having some for a while.

    7. If the choice is between doing something productive "because you have to" or going on an adventure, take the adventure.

In a year, ten years, or on your death bed, you'll never remember the item you checked off your to-do list but you'll definitely remember the adventure.

    8. Never stop exercising every day.

Stretching, strength training, running, yoga, no matter what it is, it's all beneficial, and you will thank yourself as you age.

    9. Get to know more people.

Everyone has an interesting story to tell if you talk with them long enough.

    10. Forgive every transgression anyone has done to you or that you've done to anyone else.

We're all fallible humans fumbling around on this planet, bumping into each other left and right while trying to figure out how to live our lives. People make mistakes. You make mistakes. Forgive and forget and move on with your life. It's not worth the mental anguish to hold grudges.
