You have time to exercise

Saturday morning, I did a quick but reasonably comprehensive HIIT workout. All in, it took about 15 minutes. I was done before 8am. You have time to exercise.

    1. Jump rope (set 1)

    500 turns

    2. Farmers carry

    This hits countless muscles throughout the body.

    3. Bent over row

    This is a variation of a dead lift but is less comprehensive than an actual deadlift.

    4. Bulgarian split squats

    Fancy name for a one-legged squat where you put the other leg behind you on a chair.

    5. Narrow grip incline bench press with dumbbells

    This is primarily for triceps but does hit some other muscles including chest.

    6. Jump rope (set 2)

    Another 500 turns.
