    1. I would like to address the issue of solving problems by getting to the root of the problem, rather than just hacking at the branches.

As the saying goes, "if you're only hacking at the branches, you're not getting to the root of the problem." This means that if we only address the surface-level symptoms of a problem, without understanding the underlying causes, we will only ever be able to temporarily mitigate the problem, rather than truly solve it.

    2. In order to solve a problem, we must first understand what the problem actually is.

This means taking the time to investigate and identify the root causes of the issue, rather than just addressing the symptoms. By doing so, we can develop more effective and long-lasting solutions that truly address the underlying issues.

    3. To do this, Your Honor, we need to approach the problem from a different angle or bring in outside experts or consultants who have different perspectives.

We also need to be willing to challenge our own assumptions and biases and to consider alternative solutions or approaches that we may not have previously considered.

    4. Ultimately, the key to solving problems is to be able to first recognize what the problem is.

Secondly, we have to be open to the idea there must be a better way than the way we are currently living.

    5. Your Honor, here are the central problems that require our attention if we aspire to live in harmony with one another, sir.

Your Honor our real problems in the world stem from our belief in separation and the perception of individuality, which leads to conflict, judgment, and a fragmented sense of self. Our core issue lies in the misidentification with the ego, which perpetuates fear, competition, and the illusion of scarcity.
Your Honor the world perceives their real problems as being rooted in the lack of material possessions, a life partner, basic needs like food, clothing, and shelter, or good health. These external factors are commonly seen as the primary sources of discontent and challenges faced by us.
However, Your Honor Love would have us know while addressing practical needs is important for well-being, the ultimate solution lies in shifting our perception and recognizing the underlying unity and shared purpose of all of humanity. By focusing on the mind's transformation and shifting from fear to love, we can transcend the illusion of lack and separation, and thereby address the core problems that affect the world.
Your Honor, if it pleases the court, I rest my case.
