1) Start with a loving kindness meditation.
2) Go for a walk outside.
3) Take a cold shower (see a Wim Hof video on YT).
4) Do deep breathing techniques - also Wim Hof
5) Make a list of the top things you need to get done and do the most important things first.
6) Don't look at your cell phone until after 12 PM.
7) Don't watch the fake news or any news for that matter.
8) Have a healthy vegan breakfast
9) Do at least one Karma (favor/something to help someone else out/etc) as well.
10) Read or watch something inspirational from Wayne Dyer or another "Guru"
