1 month without alcohol
A reflection on the last month.
1. I don't miss it
I'll drink tonight and reflect how I feel, but I'm honestly not fussed either way. If tonight isn't exceptional It might be enough to put me off it for good.
2. More energy
I know I've had less energy than usual, but even still after a night out I have enough energy to enjoy the day. After drinking I'm usually bed bound most of the day.
3. Happier
On average I'm happier without it. I've noticed that alcohol heightens your current emotions as a happy guy this is good, but not good if anger or sadness is dwelling inside.
4. Player 💪
I managed to chat to lassies and pull without it. Is there any need for it?
5. Taste
Some of the Non-alcoholic beers are really nice. I'm quite happy sitting at the bar drinking them all night.
6. Cope
I use to use drink to help destress, now I've managed to accept the situation and move on. I'm a lot chiller than before.
