1. I got up at 5.00 exactly no snoozes
2. My todoist had been updated the night before
3. I walked the dog even though it was raining
4. In the showe I rinsed off in ice cold water and when tempted to turn off I slowed my breathing and kept going
5. I had added tasks that whilst inconvenient first thing will make improvements for the day
6. I had noticed negative thoughts and instead of ruminating let them go.
7. I know where my keys and wallet are located
8. I set off by stating my intentions for the day
9. I didn't get distracted by Twitter or browsing
10. I have had to be flexible and already change my plans
11. Posted to PD as part of my being disciplined and accountable
