10 30 day challenges
A 30 day challenge is very useful. You can choose to extend it or not, but if you do one thing every day for 30 days, you will make a lot of progress and potentially develop a new skill. If you like it, you can make it a habit, and if you don't like it, it is only 30 days.
The the entire point of a challenge like this is that you're gaining quantity. The quality will come later, but only because of the quantity.
You can combine these and make a video of whatever you are doing, or write a blog post about whatever you are doing.

11. Do a particular exercise every day
Not one where you would hurt yourself, but walking or 20 pushups or 10 minutes of stretching.
