10 bits of advice that will change someones life
1. Never stop learning
Many stop after school. Meaning that even if you weren't the best student if you continue to learn you'll be smarter than a lot of your class mates.
Learning also allows you to create new things. See things from another perspective and teach others.
2. Meditate
Even if it's just a walk where you focus on one thing. Learn to tune your focus and clear your head.
3. Become someone you can love
Similar to 'love yourself', but if you're pathetic, don't love that. Get better. Working on getting a better is a great place to start in learning to love yourself.
How can you expect others to love you if you don't first love yourself ?
4. Notice
Notice your thoughts. Notice how you feel. Notice how you're acting. Taking mental notes throughout the day is the first step in making the changes needed to live a better life.
5. Journal
Write down your thoughts to stop them from repeating and growing inside your head. I like to use a notes app on my phone. Meaning I can clear my head wherever I am.
6. Sweat
Exercise, sauna or any other way you can think of. I don't know how scientific this is (probably closer to 0%),but I always feel that whatever bad was in me and bringing me down, disappears with sweat. How great do you feel after sweating?
The times you don't feel like sweating. Sweat. You'll be glad you did.
7. Hang out with friends
I could be close to breaking then spend time with friends and be recharged and loving life again a minimum of once a week gives me the energy I need to keep pushing forward.
8. Create

9. For the same reasons that we make daily lists the art of creation brings meaning back to our lives. If you're ever close to breaking, try creating and notice how you feel afterwards.
10. Rules
Religion or philosophy or just your own set of ever developing rules, we all need them. Start with your own rough set, then seek better ones. You'll be amazed how quickly a short list of rules can change your life for the better.
