10 Experiments I Want to Try in The Next Two Months
Part of the 10000 Experiments Rule by James.
1. No dinner for a month
The goal is to lose 10kg (22 pounds) by December 31st.
I am building a portfolio of experiments to see what works in order to achieve the goal, this includes daily walks for at least 30 min, etc.
2. Posting daily for 30 days
#30DaysPublish - Post daily on Twitter and LinkedIn to gather data.
3. Publishing 1 Medium article a week
4. Meditate everyday
#60DaysOfMeditation I use Headspace.
5. Experiment with a voice training - 1 session
@sheeraz talked about it and I am curious to try it.
6. Record my first podcast
