10 Goals for October

    1. Meditate each day 10 minutes minimum

    Best goal would 20 minutes twice per day

    My take on the Complaint Free challenge by Will Bowen, refrain from

    CCriticisms (positive for my team is necessary)

    Blaming

    Gossiping

    Bitching (Complaining)

    Swearing ( I was swearing too much lol, so this curved it, no softners like "Fricken" etc.)

    Exceptions:

    1. Allowed to complain or criticize only to the direct person who can make the positive change

    2. 5 second rule to course correct. In other words if a complaint is said out loud, the positive solution can be given and make it not count. Example. " Damn, the traffic is horrible, Tommorrow I will leave 15 minutes earlier"
