wake up, brush teeth, drink lime water, 100 jumping jacks outside, make celery juice and drink it (15-30 min after lime water), make hmds and drink after 15-30 min, start focus session #1 which will be reading or future planning, then take a sun bathing break, then do rest of things i need to do

lift at gym, biceps/triceps/abs day
6. meditation after one of my focus sessions
