10 nature-related businesses
1. Teaching people how to make sand castles
or sand sculptures.
2. Wilderness survival training
3. Laser tag hunting
Make the animals wear something for the laser pistols to hit. Might still be suboptimal for animal welfare because you're still bothering them, but at least they're not getting killed. Maybe you can even pull it off without making them wear anything. Although I guess people like the rush of actually killing the animals. I'm fine with it as long as they eat them.
4. Building and selling huts
5. Teaching wildlife photography
6. Selling nature footage to resorts / tourist offices / etc.
In Mexico, I remember a guy telling me that it would be easy for someone to shoot some drone footage on the beach and sell it to the hotels. This could probably be done with different kinds of nature footage, selling it to different types of businesses in the tourism industry.
7. Organizing kayak races
8. Out of the ordinary Airbnbs
Treehouses, tiny houses, huts, domes, etc.
In forests, by the beach or by a lake, etc.
9. Retreats in nature
Could be retreats related to spirituality, digital detox, creativity, etc. Anything as long as it's in nature.
10. Co-working spaces in nature
I like the idea of co-working spaces even though I've never used one. Since being in nature has so many benefits, I assume it would be good for productivity and creativity. This could be somewhere not too far from a city.
