1. Rome, Italy - Asking a woman on the street "where's the Colosseum?" And then seeing it in all of its glory after having her point my gaze in the right direction.

2. Jacksonville, Florida - Getting to see one of my best friends get married.

3. Reykjavik, Iceland - Getting to see the Northern Lights. It was like seeing a green fire dancing in the sky.

4. Bronx, NY - Going to a Yankee game and our car getting stolen. I got to meet several New York Yankees as a result. The car getting stolen sucked.....meeting some of the New York Yankees was awesome.
5. Baltimore, Maryland - Playing a round of golf in a rough part of town and hearing gunshots (probably within a couple hundred feet tops) while teeing off on the 14th hole. Perhaps this memory should fall under scariest, not best.
6. London, England - Getting to see James Altucher do a live standup routine (and unwittingly getting into his Amazon documentary).
7. Santa Monica, California - Taking the Pacific Surfliner Amtrak Train down the west coast from Los Angeles to San Diego.

8. Athens, Greece - Going on a pub crawl and stopping at a bar with a breathtaking view of the Acropolis lit up on a perfect night.

9. Paris, France - The Catacombs. Seeing millions of skeletons. A vivid reminder of where we're all headed.
