1. New sink faucet
If you don't have one of the extendible hose-like faucets, they're great - gives you more flexibility
2. Chef's knife
Something about a really nice knife that gets me excited about cooking
3. Portable battery
I like to keep one around just in case I need a charge on my phone. Purely for emergencies but handy for times where I need to get out the door and forgot to charge my phone.
4. Extra charging cables
If you only have one, you're probably spending a lot of time trying to find it, move it from your backpack to your bedroom or kitchen, etc. - why not get a few spares so you don't have to keep moving the cable?
5. Nice smelling sunscreen
If it smells nice, it gives you that extra benefit when you apply it every day to your face
6. Dividend stock
I love seeing dividends come into my account - no work needed aside from getting the stock
7. Extra monitor
If you do any work on a screen, having an extra screen means you don't have to keep switching windows
