1. The monkey mind never stops
2. You find some reason to procrastinate and avoid it
3. Your mind tends to ruminate over the past and obsess about the future
4. You start brainstorming all things you could be doing besides meditating
5. Physical annoyance: gotta scratch your back, muscles get stiffness, general discomfort
6. You are anxieties start bubbling to the surface and distract you from perceiving your mind
7. You can't help but notice all the noise in the background: cars driving by, kid playing outside, the train in distance.
8. Being is interrupted by thinking
9. It's hard to be consistent
10. Rather then simply "being" you are more concerned about doing meditation right
