10 Things I Can Do Today to be More Productive in the Office

    1. Clear my email inbox and then ignore it for the day

    2. Schedule time for both work and breaks

    3. Stick to the schedule

    4. Less snacking (End of feeling more tired)

    5. During a scheduled break, take a walk

    6. Break tasks down into micro-tasks.

    7. Enjoy the smaller, more frequent wins of completing the micro-tasks

    8. Stop comparing myself to others in the office

    9. Make a new connection with someone

    10. Commit to both leaving on time AND completing certain tasks before leaving

    11. Do one thing more than promised or expected.
