I listened to the audiobook, which I highly recommend. He read it himself. It's funny and great advice from one of the highest achievers on the planet.

1. Rest is for babies and relaxation is for retired people
2. Think of your life as acts. Arnold Schwarzenegger is starting the fourth act of his life.
3. Always focus on being useful. You need to have a useful activity for your mental health and well-being.
4. Think of the things that you liked when you were very little and then go back and plan your future from that. You will probably be happy.
5. Visualize extremely detailed results
6. In order to have a good vision you start small and build it up or start very large and narrow it down. Schwarzenegger started large and decided to narrow down.
7. Plan B is to succeed at plan A
8. When you reach the top of the mountain of whatever you’re trying to achieve, you can see new mountains that you couldn’t see before and you also have new perspective on the mountains that you’ve already conquered in the past
9. Dreaming big takes the same amount of energy as dreaming small. Wrtite down your dream and then immediately write down a bigger version of that dream and a bigger version of the dream.
You are your own first customer for your dream.
