10 things I learned from Stop Being Lazy by John Somnez

    For example choose the pain of working out over the pain of being out of shape. There is more nuance in what he says but one part of what I got out of it is that "pain" is an important part of life and personal growth.

    Gives you accountability 

    13. Your journey needs to be continuous

    As you achieve goals set new ones

    14. Laziness leads to pain without reward

    If you choose your pain, you reap rewards
