1. Exercise
Being active, anyway I can.
2. Eating more veggies
Michael Pollan's book talks about this: eat food. not too much. mostly plants. Great rules to live by.
3. Prioritize family time
I used to prioritize work but work won't be there for you when you're on your deathbed
4. Drink water
We don't drink enough water every day.
5. Read
Reading has been my superpower and will continue to fuel my growth
6. Writing
If reading is my superpower, writing is my way of teaching and solidifying what I have learned
7. Visiting used bookstores
Love visiting used bookstores and exploring the books available
8. Having coffee chats
Not necessarily because I like drinking coffee but because chats are always good to make connections and provide value to each other
9. Coming up with 10 ideas
Fingers crossed I'm still on notepd.com in 10 years
10. Being positive
THere's no point in being negative in life - why not be positive with all things being equal?
