10 things my 5 year future self will have

This will be the end of July 2027. I will be 58 years old.

1. 6 figure passive income

2. One published book. Sales don’t matter

3. One music album published. Sales don’t matter.

4. Ground broken on music facility

5. Owning rental real estate

6. Daily exercise including but not limited to walking swimming and yoga

7. Creative office space

8. Fun vehicle. Maybe it will be an electric car, maybe it will be a muscle car. Something that I don’t need to drive but I can drive for fun

9. Playing live music at least once a month

10. Better relationships with family and friends
