I am productive, I am healthy, my mind is brilliant, my body is healthy, my brain is healthy 

    1. Read brain saver book

    30-45 min

    2. Read cleanse to heal book

    30-45 min

    3. Dentist appt

    Getting braces removed, finally !

    4. Go to grocery store

    Re-up on celery, cilantro, papaya, and whatever else I need

    5. Journal

    30-60 min

    6. Open up 3 boxes in room

    Stuff I've ordered but haven't opened, put to use 

    7. Declutter my area by the kitchen

    Put in my room or put away

    8. Exercise

    At home, do sprints in the backyard and light cardio after

    9. Sun bathe

    For healing 

    10. Meditation

    Do one more full meditation session in the afternoon
