    1. Reading session of book Cleanse & Purify Thyself

    This goes along with my health goals, read for 25-45 min, need to fix my gut

    2. Reading session of book Brain Saver

    Same as above, need to fix my brain and gut

    3. Exercise

    Exercise until I break a sweat at the gym or at home

    4. Buy some Papaya and Raw Spinach at the store

    For gut healing

    5. Cancel gym membership in person

    Go to gym and speak to employee there about canceling

    6. Visit Grandma

    Small family gathering, remember to take rest of my PC parts there

    7. Clean out my closet

    Make room up top to store more books

    8. Clean up my room

    Move some boxes, organize laundry, etc.

    9. Blueberry smoothie around lunch time

    Use less cilantro due to gut sensitivity to heavy metals

    10. Tend to the dogs

    Feed them, clean up, go for walk

    11. Go for a long walk

    To clear my mind, to stimulate creativity

    12. Journal session

    Go somewhere secluded in nature and write in my journal for 30-60 min
