    1. at least two 2 hour focused sessions

    One in the morning, and one in the afternoon. Aim for 3-4. Time slots that can work for me: 10am-noon, 1-3pm, 4-6pm, 7-9pm.

    2. go to farmers market in morning

    the usual: lemon water, 15-30 min, then celery juice, 15-30 min, then HMDS, then 1-2 hours before eating lunch. Might do a modification tomorrow though, since we have watermelon now, might make some watermelon juice in the morning, or ill drink it before the HMDS, maybe, ill see tmrw

    4. future planning focused session

    6. sunbathe

    7. clean up some emails

    8. typing practice

    15-30 min

    9. reading session of cleanse to heal

    10. start ordering ingredients needed for 3:6:9 cleanse

    hibiscus tea, pitaya dragon fruit powder, etc.
