10 things to only allow myself to indulge in when (or after) doing something I may not feel like doing
A form of habit-stacking.
1. Listen to my favorite podcast only when I'm exercising
For example, The James Altucher Show :) I have too many favorites, so maybe I should pick three. Let's add the Lex Fridman podcast and Making Sense with Sam Harris!
2. YouTube videos only after a work bout
3. Eat unhealthy food only after meditating
4. Drink alcohol only after consuming something really healthy
Although that might decrease the benefits of the healthy nutrients, so maybe that's not good?
