10 things to take care of your body

    1. Sleep

    2. Apply sunscreen

    Especially when you're going out

    3. Moisturize

    4. Drink plenty of water

    5. Regular showers / baths

    6. Wash your clothes with allergen-free laundry detergent

    7. Wear gloves if you're doing anything with your hands

    Chopping, gardening, yard work, moving things around in the garage
